Our Process

Succession Planning Process

Our process includes viability testing and analysing the financial position of the business.

We determine what it takes to move from a current position to a desired position via a strategic and operational plan. Our process involves all family members, obtaining their input and commitment to an action plan.

We chair and participate in ongoing family business board meetings to support the implementation of these plans.

Assignment of 2 facilitators per family. This is decided based on the specific needs of your family.

Each family member will complete a 23 page questionnaire.

Completion of a Business Financial Analysis Review by the facilitators assigned to your family.

Face to face or phone meetings with each individual family member.

One day face to face meeting between business owners and facilitators.

Administration of logistics – meaning all matters are handled on your behalf.

Completion of a two day whole family business meeting.

Issue of report and action plan.

Implementation of action plan (if required and in consultation with business owners).

(PAS) formalised and facilitated business support meetings for family and business.
